How do I make a booking?

Do you offer gift certificates?
Call us or ask at the front desk, and we'll tell you about the current gift certificate options.
Can I bring children?
Please let us know when you book if you plan to bring a child, so we can make the visit comfortable for everyone.
How early should I arrive?
We hold a 15-minute grace period for every appointment.
Important to know
Cancellation
Due to demand and the loss of income to our stylists, please cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment. Otherwise your service's base price will be charged.
Refunds
While we don't refund services, we'll address any concerns within two weeks of your visit. We want you to adore your new look.
Punctuality
We give a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, your stylist may reschedule so the next clients aren't kept waiting.
